The Positive Thinking Book

If you've read a lot of books about tips for positive thinking I'll bet you're tired of the whole subject.

I talked to someone today who can hardly get out of bed each day. This person is paralysed by fear and worry about every responsibility he has. It is no joke that these intense emotions are well on the way to ruining this person's life.
